DAY 01
Arrival in Catania | The Opening Chapter of a Cinematic Island
Begin your journey with Catania’s historic center and street food. This day introduces Sicily’s distinctive urban character and offers a preview of the films and television locations featured throughout the journey.
- Piazza del Duomo, the fish market, and Catania’s lava-stone streets.
- Welcome dinner and an introduction to the film-themed itinerary.
DAY 02
Syracuse, Ortigia & Noto | Malèna
Step into the Baroque streets and historic island city featured in Malèna. Ortigia and Noto both possess a distinctly cinematic atmosphere, making them perfect for leisurely walks, photography, and story-led guided tours.
- Ortigia Cathedral Square, the seaside promenade, and cinematic alleyways.
- Noto’s Baroque main street and Via Nicolaci.
- The coastal atmosphere of Marina di Noto or nearby seaside locations can also be added to the itinerary.

Taormina and Coastal Elements | The White Lotus

Agrigento & Scala dei Turchi | An Epic Transition

Palermo | The Leopard & The Lions of Sicily
In Palermo, the journey turns to aristocratic palaces, merchant dynasties, and the city’s nineteenth-century history—shifting from the atmosphere of mafia films to the grandeur of Sicily’s noble and influential families.
- Teatro Massimo: Featured in an iconic scene from The Godfather Part III.
- Palazzo Valguarnera-Gangi: The setting of the ballroom scene in The Leopard.

- Marsala: The Florio winery and the culture of Marsala wine.

- Favignana: The former Florio tuna factory and the island’s natural scenery, subject to ferry schedules and weather conditions.

Palazzo Adriano & Cefalù | Cinema Paradiso

Cefalù & Palermo | Seaside and City Leisure Day
Slow down and experience the everyday atmosphere surrounding these cinematic locations, with time for photography, dining, and revisiting favorite scenes.
- Cefalù Beach, the Cathedral, and the historic old town.
- Free time in Palermo for restaurants, bars, theatres, or independent exploration.
- Time can also be arranged to revisit your favorite filming location or enjoy a dedicated photography session.
DAY 10
Departure from Palermo or Extended Stay | A Cinematic Farewell to Sicily
Airport transfer according to your flight schedule. If time permits, visit one of Palermo’s markets, theatres, or palaces—or enjoy a final coffee while taking in the atmosphere of the city.
- Airport transfer to Palermo or Catania Airport can be arranged according to your flight schedule.
- Optional extensions: Taormina, an Etna winery experience, the Aeolian Islands, or Favignana.
